Redirecting pain

Good news: My hips aren't as achy as they were. I don't notice my heartburn. All the aches and pains seem to be almost gone!
Bad news: My throat is KILLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is making my eyes water.

Perfect Fortunes

Brian needed to go to SLC last evening to pick up a check for work. (I guess the guy is afraid it will get lost in the mail.) So we all went along for the ride. On our way down we saw this. So we tried to buy some time before heading home. We went to a mall and later the SLC cemetery and found many prophet's graves.
While in the mall we walked past the best sales lady I've ever met (besides the guy who sold us our home!) She was a small Asian lady who worked at a Chinese restaurant. I wasn't even in the mood for Chinese. As we walked by her restaurant she offered a free sample of her honey chicken. "I can dish you up a plate with rice or noodles for $3.99. Would you like it to stay or go?" Before I knew it we had a plate of yummy honey chicken! I told Brian, "you need to hire her!"
We had been shopping for a new cell phone for Brian. He lost his a couple weeks ago. No one at any of the million cell phone kiosks was helpful. "The cheapest we have for retail is $200." So we kept walking away hoping, again, he could just find his.
After we finished our honey chicken Brian opened his fortune cookie. It said, "Your lost item will be found next week." Cool. We'll just wait till next week to look for it.
My fortune was especially written for me as well. I am trying to mentally prepare to have this new baby. Trying to have positive energy and thoughts. There was a bump in that on Monday and I have been rebuilding my umph. My fortune read, "Use your abilities at this time to stay focused on your goal. You will succeed." Cool, again.

A Day for Brad

We took Brad to Temple Square and had a great time. It was just the three of us, so we could really focus on him. We toured the Beehive house and it was nice to hear what was going on and not chase our little ones around. Brad soaked in the information. He wished we had more time to see more of the sights. He's at a great age, but it is hard to do things for his age with little ones. So, thanks to Grandma Jenny and Grandpa David for watching Aubryn and Reagan. We had a good time with Brad.

Who is this guy?

Brian was beginning to look like the picture of my dad I posted a bit ago. I think he shed a few pounds with this last haircut. It was longer than it has ever been. It was fun while it lasted.

Movie Night

The kids watched a movie outside last night. They thought it was great...

For awhile, anyway. Brad was the only one that lasted to the end.

Sweet Moments

These are rare, sweet moments that we caught the kids. No one is fighting or crying. And they are all three together.

What's new

Cheesy grin, Reagan! We took Reagan to the pulmonary specialist in SLC this morning. Not the news we wanted. Back on meds and up the doses. He's not even sick right now. (tears on my cheeks)
Kids in Vegas, I mean at the parade of homes.
Aubryn kissing the kissy fish at the midwife's clinic on Friday. By the way, things are looking great. I may have a thumb sucker.

WOW! Here is Reagan at the parade of homes in a home with lots of airplanes. He loved it and didn't want to leave. Hmmm, my mind is thinking of another project. ha ha

Found!!!!!!!!!! and a Birthday celebration!

I took my computer back to the computer guy and he found over 40 gigs of stuff and put it back on my computer. YEAH!!!!!!! So, I looked through it and noticed I have nothing since after April. That must be when we bought the new computer. So just the last few months are lost except for what I saved on the blog. So I still lost some cute videos and pictures. But I am so RELIEVED!
Brad had a fun Birthday. We had a flag cake and did fireworks. We ate chicken enchilada for dinner (one of his favorites). He got a flying helicopter that he enjoyed for one day, before he rolled over and smushed it. nice. He also got a net and we played badminton. We ate smores. Brad gave us a nice FHE lesson about temples. He planned it without any help or us even asking!

AHHH!!! It's all GONE!

So, I recently bought this new computer. I had the "computer guy" load everything from my old laptop on the new one. It was great. Then when I tried to load my old software including the program for my computer to recognize my printer, non of it was compatible with the new windows vista. Are you following? So we called the computer guy and he said he could load XP on and take vista off. Great, then I can load my programs. So we took it in and picked it up yesterday. Last night I noticed none of my pictures were on the computer. I looked around and nothing is there. No pictures, word documents, print shop designs, music, videos, and movies I've made. Gone. I wasn't too worried. Brian just called and asked him if he can put it all back on the new laptop again. This is what I hear, "Okay....sure...That sounds great...Thanks, Guy's name." He hangs up and says to me, "It's all gone." WHAT? Call him back, I want to talk to him! I hit redial and he answers. I said, "Are you serious!? All my stuff is gone?!" And it is. It's gone. I'm a bit upset and trying to not freak out. All my music, pictures, Isaac pictures---- AHHHhh! Wahhh! I do have most of my older pictures backed up on disks. But not recent. I'm so sad.

Picnic Table and School Lunch

Monday night we painted our old picnic table. The kids loved it. There was paint everywhere.
But the table looks good!
We take our kids to free school lunch every weekday. It is a fun outing, the kids get a good meal, it doesn't make a mess at my house, and IT'S FREE!!! Here we are waiting in line. (totally loving the profile shot)
Aubryn is getting her food. She feels big.
Eat it up! Everyday, without fail, Aubryn has to take a potty break as soon as we start to eat.
Reagan likes it too. There are a ton of kids there and it is a bit distracting. One day a lady's baby was sitting on the table while she fed him. He toppled off and landed on his head! You could hear it over all the noise. I was sick to my stomach, but the baby stopped crying and seemed okay. I asked the mom before we left if everything was okay. I kept thinking about it all day. Not sure why I shared that. It was disturbing to me.
