We went to do baptisms at the temple with the youth in our ward.  So many great kids!  It was awesome to see the priests do the baptizing.  I LOVED watching Brad do that great work, especially when he got to baptize Aubryn.  So cool!  Here was are getting ice cream after.

 Wesley is an amazing artist.
Brad at the awards assembly.  He got an awards for over 8 semesters of being on the honor roll.

He also found out he is a candidate for Mr. Weber.  He is terrified.  I am terrified for him.  ahhh!!
And another award he is being honored at school.  It is for being an inquirer.  It is from his Agriculture adviser.  The boy is doing great things!
During sacrament meeting today Eden was sitting on my lap and says, "Lets talk about Home Alone."  I said ok and told her to talk about it.  So she went on, "Kevin was in the snow...."  It was so random!  I also squeezed her and gave her a big hug in sacrament meeting, which led to a rather loud toot.

Wesley wants to be a "Pumpkin Patcher" when he gets big and make a lot of money.

We were at the mall.  Reagan and Rylan were headed up the escalator.  The man in front of them turned down to them and said, "The guy in front of me just passed gas!"
They responded with, "That's our dad!"
James at his "great to be eight" baptism preview.  This will be an eventful year.  James will get baptized, Reagan will be ordained a deacon, and Brad will most likely leave on his mission.

When we got home from the great to be eight I walked into the little boys room to help them get ready for bed.  I saw a little water frog on the floor.  It hopped.  I screamed for Aubryn to come scoop it up and put it in the tank because I didn't want to touch it.  Then I looked in the tank for the second frog and it wasn't there either.  Who knows how long they were out of the water!  We looked and looked!  She kept telling us it went under the bed.  It was the worst hide and seek game ever!  We couldn't find it!!  I decided to video Eden telling us the same thing over and over, but then...

Eden asked me if I liked her trophy. ha ha!
Brad asked a girl to Prom tonight.  She likes tennis.
The Balls say, "Emily P R O M ?" The note says, "Will you be my doubles partner at prom? I think we will ace it and won't cause a racquet.  It will be a perfect match. The ball is in your court."
Rylan really wanted this at the store.  "It's a giant diamond for only $15!"
 Brian playing church ball.
They both capped the water bottle they flipped on the back bumper.

 Wesley
 Eden
He asked me what the word "date" was.  I told him and he said, "But I don't even have a date."
Aubryn's guitar recital.  She is second to left.
I accidentally dumped way too much cinnamon in the french toast batter.
Left here with Brian on Tuesday and was told he didn't need to come back for a year, unless there are problems.  That felt great!

Foggy sunrise

Eden's nursery leaders at church gave all the little kids these! AHH!

Monday morning Reagan was crying and holding his head.  He said it was really hurting!  I was worried.  He felt nauseous too. I wanted to take him to the ER.  I ran upstairs to get dressed and asked Brian to run down and give him a blessing.  When I went back down to him, he had stopped crying, said he felt a little better, and wanted to sleep.  I let him sleep.  I had already called the doctor office. He was set to go in the next day at 10 am.  By lunch he was feeling good enough to shower.  He had a fever later in the afternoon and said his throat hurt.  I was trying to figure out if it was from acid coming up or if he was just getting a virus. The next morning I ran down to check on him.  I went in and woke him up, "Reagan, how are you feeling?" I asked.
"I don't know yet." He answered.
"How is your head?"   I asked.
He sat straight up and bopped his head side to side and shook it around.  "It's fine." he answered.  He went to school!  I went from wanting to take him to the ER to sending him to school the next day.
-
We were hustling around getting kids shoes on, hair combed, and coats on to get to Aubryn's guitar recital.  James walks up to Brian and I and says, "Is FUG a swear word?"
"What did you just say?" We stopped in our tracks with wide eyes and asked.
He said it again. Then I asked him to spell it for me.  Told him that it was very close to a swear word and not to say it.
-
One night after I was at mutual I came home and went into Eden's room where she was laying in bed with one arm straight up bu her head.  She told me it was hurt and she couldn't move it down.  I asked her what she did to it.
"I was on the roof and.."
"You were on the ROOF!?" I interrupted.
"I was on the ceiling and I fell off and my arm went like this."
"Are you making this up?" I asked her.
"No.  This is life."
-
Rylan REALLY likes trophies.  He likes to buy them at the D.I..  He was telling us all the things he has them for.  "Baseball, soccer, singing, and employee of the month!"
-
Eden always tells me about "Kali". She is mean and hits her.  She talks about her all the time.  The other day she was talking about her and I asked Eden, "WHERE is Kali?" I was wondering if she was a kid from the gym or what.
She answered, "In KALI-for-nia."
-
James came in my room the other night when he was getting ready for bed.  He didn't have his shirt on and was asking me a question.  I told him to flex and show me his muscles, which he did with pride.  Then he pulled his pants down, underwear and all,  and said, "Look at my leg muscles!"  He flexed them for me!  I laughed and told him to pull up his britches!

I picked up the reports for the echo-cardiograms.  All the other kids checked out normal.  Thankful for that!

Jan, first week

Pushing Eden around in the cart at Dollar Tree.  She has been telling me, for about a week, about her new family that lives on the other side of the mountain.  That is where her new house is.  She wants to go there.  They are happy and don't cry there.  I haven't thought too much about it and just thought she had a dream or something.  Then while pushing her around the store she  adamantly wants me to get her down and let her walk over the mountain to her other family.  She told me she would be fine.  Then she could walk back.  I told her I'd miss her too much and I'd worry about her.  She insisted she would be fine and really wanted to go.  After checking out I parked the cart to the side and pulled out my smartphone to video her.  I asked her where she wanted to go and with the saddest face she told me her other family was all dead.  They were crying for her and died.  Now they are all in heaven.  She has a lot of family in heaven.  I'm not sure what to think of her crazy story!
-
The night before during dinner she was sitting by me eating and said, "I'm dying."
"You are!?" I replied very surprised.
"later." she added.

 Playing playdoe with Kade.
Eden and Lailee.  The are great little friends!!

Today in sacrament meeting it was fast and testimony meeting.  James and Wesley we wiggly and when James stood up again I set him back down.  He was upset and told me he was going to go up there! (meaning up to the pulpit to bear his testimony.)  I told them they were being so wiggly!  Wesley said, "I'm getting my exercise!"
I told him this wasn't the place for that.  Then James comes and sits on the end of the pew next to me.  He says he is waiting to go up there. (There was a lady talking)
So I lean over and ask quietly, "What are you planning to say up there?"
"I know the church is true and I know that Joseph Smith transported the Book of Mormon." he said.
"It's transLATED. translated. trans-late-ed." I told him, glad I had asked.
The gal sat down, he waited a second.  "Can I go now?"
"Yes."
Started to move then sat back into me. "I'm scared!"
Then the Bishop got up to close the meeting.
"Can I go up now?"
"No it's too late now."

Brad, Aubryn, and I went to a youth leadership training Friday night and Saturday morning.  It was fun!  Aubryn and I laughed and laughed on the way home at the gal bouncing around in the front seat beacuse ,"BOOM! I'm jammin'"
