I was getting frustrated with Reagan at dinner tonight because he would not eat his food.  I looked over at him at one point and he was licking/eating the back of his chair. 

"Reagan!  Stop that!  Why are you eating the chair and you won't eat your food!?"

"Because it has frosting on it."  he said.

Later in the evening the kids were have a snack before bed.

"I want more ice cream."  Reagan said.  Brian told him he couldn't have anymore ice cream, but he could have a carrot.

Reagan said, "I only want to eat tasty stuff."

So, Hubby and I were talking the other night about how many people look at this blog.  We disagree.  I think about 15 to 20.  He thinks closer to 50.  50!!?  We need to settle this.  I opened the comments.  If you follow us on this blog, will you just say "here" so we can count you?  Thanks.  I need to come up with something good for when I win this bet.

First Snow

Aubryn and Reagan watched Brian out the window as he did this. I overheard their commentating.

"What's he doing?" Aubryn said.

"I think he's making a circle." said Reagan

"It's a heart!" Aubryn said.

"Yeah, he is a good walker on the snow." Reagan said.

5. Sing like you are yelling, but you are really singing

6. Hold the guitar way up, then way down

7. Sometimes, run across the stage

8. Point to the other band members while you play your solo

9. Say the name of the city you are in throughout the concert to get the crowd going

10. Swing your arm back and all the way around when you play a big cord

Where in the World is Brian?

Brian took a trip to the Utah vs. Notre Dame game in Indiana over the weekend. He flew standby. Not sure he will want to do that again. He left Thursday. Missed the first flight to Indianapolas. Flew to Los Angeles. Took the train to Hollywood.  Did some sight seeing. Took the train back to the airport.  Flew a red-eye to Indianapolas. Arrived early Saturday morning.  Drove three hours to the game. Go UTES! They lost. They lost bad. Drove three hours back to Indianapolas. Wandered around Indianapolas on Sunday. Went to the Airport early Monday morning. Missed the flight to Salt Lake. Waited all day in the airport. Got on a late flight to Los Angeles. Missed the flight to Salt Lake. Slept on airport floor. Barley got on the flight to Salt Lake Tuesday morning.

I think they are excited for Christmas. The rest of the house still has autumn decorations up. By the way, Brad cut out the murals. Amazing!

"Mom, I lost my tongue."  Reagan said.

Aubryn replied, "Reagan, if you lost your tongue then you can't speak Spanish."

"AAAAHHHHHHHHH!"  I heard from Aubryn's room shortly after she went to bed tonight.  I hurried in.

"Are you okay?"  I asked.

"Yeah."

"Was that you?"

"Yeah."

"What are you doing?"

"Trying to scare my hiccups away."  she said.

Turtles and Cars in all the Wrong Places

"Eww! That smells like turtles!"  Reagan said refering to my hair.

Rylan was having a hard time falling asleep this afternoon at nap time.  I kept going in his room checking him and telling him to lay down and go to sleep.  After awhile I was getting a bit frustrated. 
"Mom.  Moooom!"  he called.
I went in and asked, "What?"
"Eeeee Mom. (see Mom)" he said as he pointed to his bottom and turned it toward me.
"Are you poopy?"  I asked.
"No. Eee Mom." and he did the same thing.  So I checked his diaper.  I found a matchbox car stuffed down the back of his diaper.  I can see how it would be hard to go to sleep with a car parked in there.  What a "crack" up.

Dreamer

The first thing Reagan said when he saw me today was, "Mom!  I have to tell you my dream!"  (Proof that this child truley is mine)  He told me all about it and I was in the dream.  Then he said, "Remember?!"

This blessing outfit is special in our family.  Brian was blessed in it, and so were his two brothers.  All my boys have been blessed in it.  That is 8 boys!

Happy Birthday, Brian!!

Brian's birthday was Nov 1st. Unfortunatly, he got the stomach flu for his birthday. It didn't even come with a card. We did have a hot date to Denny's and Winco a few days before. Fun times!! Doesn't seem to matter what we do or where we go, just glad to be with you!! I love you, Bri!
