Reagan's Birthday

Brian was released as scout master.  Tonight was the first time Brian was home on a Wednesday night in years.  Rylan and Reagan asked me where Brad was.  I told them he was at scouts. 
"Why isn't Dad there?"
"He got released."
"What does that mean?"
"He doesn't do that job anymore."
"He got FIRED!?"  Reagan said with wide eyes.

Overheard Reagan say to Aubryn, "Did you know that BYU is my favorite state?"

"You haven't even been there."  She said back.

It is Reagan's birthday!  Woo hoo.  He is 7.  Yesterday I was telling him that he was born at 4 o' clock, on the dot!

He said, "I was born on the dock?!"

Rylan said, "Mom, I know a good thing about being a house.  [pause] You never DIE!"

Rylan asked me last night, "Do bad guys even have brains in their heads?"
