We bought one that shoots parachutes up in the air and they pop and fall to the ground. It had about 27 in the box. We lit it and the kids were running around picking up the stuff as it fell to the ground. Our neighbor across the street and up one house had a brand new red truck. It was parked in his driveway. One of the things landed on top of his truck and was smoking. He jumped up there so fast and swiped it off with his bare hand. (there were flames). Then yelled at us, "G** D******!!!" The kids stopped in their tracks and Brian hurried over to talk to the guy, but he put his hand up and yelled, "Don't!" He went into his home. He came out later and took pictures of the damage. I felt so bad. Brian went over when he was back outside. He tried to smooth things over with the guy, but he was not happy. He told him that we would pay for any damage. Ugh. Our crazy neighbors that do all the illegal fireworks never have any trouble, then we burn the neighbors truck with our first lite of the night! Kind of ruined the mood for me. :( So, it was a pretty expensive firework show for us!
