Aubryn's Baptism

 

 

 

 

 Things to Remember:
-Aubryn counting down the days with a small chart in her room to the baptism day.
-Her nervous anticipation.
-Standing on the stand as told a bit about her and mentioned her favorite scripture story is "The widow's mite".
-Aubryn practically skipping to the font when it was announced that it was her turn.  She was SO excited!
-Seeing all her younger brothers and small cousins gather around the font to see her baptized.
-Seeing Aubryn in the water with Brian's arm raised to the square.
-Aubryn coming out of the water with a smile.
-Wrapping Aubryn in her white towel when she came out of the water. Hugging her and telling her she just made the perfect decision.  Looking in her eyes and saying, "YOU are perfect!"
-Helping her change into her white dress in the dressing room and realizing this is the only child that I will have this experience with.
-Seeing Aubryn sit in the chair with Brian's hands on her head while surrounded by good men who love her as she received the Holy Ghost.
-Watching and hearing Aubryn nervously play the piano and sing "When I am Baptized" while she was dressed in white and freshly baptized.
-Coming home to a home full of family.
